MEET AMY
Movement Specialist | Breathwork Facilitator | Wellness Educator
With over 8 years in the wellness industry, Amy Hedger brings a rich and varied background in Pilates, strength training, and most recently, breathwork. Originally coming from the performing arts world, Amy transitioned into teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates as a way to help people move confidently and feel at home in their bodies — free from pressure, pain, and perfectionism.
Her journey deepened through a Clinical Pilates and Pain Science diploma with Breathe Education, giving her a science-based understanding of how different bodies — and nervous systems — respond to movement and discomfort. She blends movement psychology, functional strength, and practical rehab principles to offer training that’s as intelligent as it is empowering.
Now, with the addition of breathwork to her toolkit, Amy supports her clients not just in moving better, but in living better. In today’s overstimulated world, we breathe too much, too fast — a symptom of the constant stress we carry. Amy teaches clients how to retrain their breath to calm the nervous system, improve focus, enhance recovery, and most importantly, build resilience to everyday stressors.
Whether in the studio or corporate setting, Amy’s purpose is the same: to help people feel stronger, move more freely, and reclaim a sense of calm from the inside out

Through Reformer Pilates, functional strength training, and guided breathwork, I help you move better, breathe deeper, and feel more in control — inside and out. Every session is tailored, dynamic, and grounded in science, working with your body (not against it) to get real, lasting results.
I’ve seen firsthand how today’s world keeps us in a state of overstimulation and shallow breathing, leading to burnout, tension, and disconnection. That’s why I teach people to retrain their breath, regulate their nervous systems, and find energy through calm — not chaos.
