With a background in dance and singing, Amy discovered her true calling over eight years ago in the health wellbeing and fitness world.
Frustrated by the pressure and expectations placed on the body, she shifted her focus toward empowering others through mindful movement and breath. Her mission is to guide individuals toward confidence, clarity, and freedom—both physically and mentally—so they can move well, feel well, and pursue their goals without self-doubt holding them back.
